The stability and repeatability of mushroom emergence has always been an insurmountable worldwide problem in the long history of artificial domestication of Morchella esculenta.

At the meeting, Gan Bingcheng, a researcher at the soil and Fertilizer Institute of Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, introduced that his team successively studied the artificial domestication and cultivation of 12 species of Morchella. Four species of Morchella were identified as saprophytic and cultivated species, and the stable emergence of Morchella was realized by inventing the cultivation technology of exogenous nutrition transformation bag.

Gan Bingcheng, researcher, soil and Fertilizer Research Institute, Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences

Since the world's first approved new variety of Morchella "Sichuan Morchella No. 1" was bred in 2013, researcher Gan Bingcheng and his research group have successively bred 5 new varieties of Sichuan Morchella, which have been authorized for the protection of new plant varieties.

Through the research, innovation and application of matching strain propagation and efficient cultivation techniques, the research group successfully realized the commercial cultivation of Morchella in the field, leading and driving the rapid development of Morchella industry in the whole country.

The bad condition of spleen and stomach is related to intestinal flora.

The spleen is responsible for the transformation, absorption and transfer of dietary nutrients and water dampness (qi, blood and body fluid); the stomach is responsible for receiving and ripening the water valley (that is, the digestion process).

Professor Liu Fengbin, director of the first affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine, introduced at the meeting that the coordination of spleen and stomach function is directly related to the function of the five internal organs of the human body. Therefore, the spleen and stomach plays an important role in the regulation of human nutrition, and the poor spleen and stomach is related to the intestinal flora of the human body.
